Khoá Yoga Nền Tảng & Cơ Bản là chương trình được xây dựng xen kẽ giữa Yin (yoga âm) và Hatha/ Vinyasa (yoga dương) để thành viên có cái nhìn và cảm nhận rõ hơn về từng phương pháp tập luyện. Từ đó, tự chọn ra cho mình phương pháp phù hợp và tối ưu nhất.

Trong tháng 4, Yoga Lab Hanoi khai giảng khoá K30:
Thời gian: 18:00 – 19:00 các ngày thứ 2 & 5 – bắt đầu từ 8/4 – 2/5/2024

📍 Khoá học phù hợp với ai?
– Những bạn chưa từng tập yoga trước đấy, muốn theo các lớp cộng đồng nhưng chưa tự tin với khả năng tham gia.
– Những bạn đã từng tập qua yoga nhưng đã nghỉ lâu, muốn tập lại căn bản để thuộc các tư thế và tập lên các lớp trên.
– Những bạn không có thời gian đến lớp, muốn học cơ bản để sau có thể tự tập tại nhà.

Giảng viên của Yoga Lab Hanoi nhiều năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy và có chứng chỉ Yoga Alliance 300hr & 500hr.
